How can I pay the pending charges in my IBackup account when I change my Credit card to a new one?
 



















   
 
My credit card was not accepted to make payment towards the IBackup subscription. What could be the reason?
 

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Diners Club cards.

This problem may arise while subscribing for your online storage/backup account with IBackup for any of the following reasons:

  • Credit card number and expiry date may be inaccurate.
  • The online authorization system may fail certain valid credit cards outside US in the address verification test.

  How can I pay the pending charges in my IBackup account when I change my credit card to a new one?
 

Login to your IBackup account via any browser. Click Update Credit Card > Apply Pending Charges. The system will confirm your transaction status.
